Products for exchange or refund should be returned to Camille Lingerie Unit 2 Cotton Brook Road, Sir Francis Ley Estate, Shaftesbury Street, Derby DE23 8YJ (returns label is enclosed with each order) within 14 days of purchase.                We will accept returns on orders placed for Christmas up till the 31st January. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable.
In the event that the products are lost in the post we will require a certificate of posting as proof of the returned product. A certificate of posting can be obtained from the post office free of charge and the certificate should be retained until your refund or return has been completed.
