International No Diet Day was introduced in 1992 by Mary Evans Young who is the director of the British Group ‘Diet Breakers’. The event is celebrated internationally for people to worship and accept all shapes and sizes.
For some of you, it will prove difficult to pull away from your intense diet plans. However, to prevent you from going crazy, it is often suggested to set aside a ‘cheat’ or ‘treat’ day where you can eat what you want to stop you from falling off your diet plan all together.
