Products for exchange or refund should be returned to Camille Lingerie Unit 2 Cotton Brook Road, Sir Francis Ley Estate, Shaftesbury Street, Derby DE23 8YJ (returns label is enclosed with each order) within 28 days of receipt.
In the event that the products are lost in the post we will require a certificate of posting as proof of the returned product. A certificate of posting can be obtained from the post office free of charge and the certificate should be retained until your refund or return has been completed. Refunds cannot be given on Gift Vouchers.
